Run the XP table per stat

So for humans this goes:
Stat up to 10: 100XP
14th stat point: 1,000 XP
20th stat point: 64k XP

And so on.

This way wizards dump ST in order to save a few hundred XPs rather than millions of XPs.

Other races would be offset by their base so Goblins would pay two steps higher up for ST and two steps down for IQ.

Reptile Folk shine at adding on extra ST, and so on.
