Yeah, a Tether that permits extended use of CelProjection within a short radius of its locus sounds like an excellent feature.

This could also be the background for all sorts of phantasmagoric experiences for humans. If they can pretty the stage up enough, a taste of Shal-Mari might be appealing to them too...
