It's kinda meta to have a problem with this card.

Due to some interesting views on grammer, there appears to be three separate interpretations of this card's effect

1) Lose all items in hand AND all one-shots in play.

2) Lose all one-shot items from EITHER the Hand or in play.

3) Lose all one-shot items in the Hand AND in play.

Which is correct?

Number 3 is correct.
