The trick is knowing where you want to end up at and where the good cross-connections are.

I know a Conveyor can jump from either Homeline or Centrum to any other timeline and back, but can they jump from a timeline to another one?

What a conveyor can do by itself is jump to any world in the same quantum from any world in that quantum. the thing you've got to have Homeline or Centrum (or possibly Shikaku Mon) for is _projector_ assisted jumps across quanta.
