301. As a GM in a GURPS Supers campaign, I must never let it slip that PCs can be modeled after 'anything the Players can think of'.
302. If one of my players tries to make a Super-Heroine with 'Telescoping **** which are a slam attack', I can and will reject the idea and probably have a serious talk with this player. So, As a player you are NEVER allowed to use 'Telescoping ****' as an attack form. Not ever. Not in my campaign.

I can't help but think you trying to use reverse psychology here to encourage players to do exactly that....

Actually, shortly after I said "No!" to his heroine with telescoping ****, he came up with a super hero with a prehensile penis.

This guy is seriously messed up in the head. Or maybe he just needs a RW GF.

Not in his game. I have no particular qualms whether said character is a hero or villain however.

Meh of course that way too specific for a gurps book, a book involving that would probably be called gurps erotica. Admittedly I would like to see a gurps book go over the tropes, known history, and realities of sex and those who barter it like dnd book of erotic fantasy, but I suppose the market for writing such a book is too small to even consider.

306: I may not name "Insubstantiality" "Fantasy Haven".

307: I am forbidden from playing another Oni with a gourd producing infinite sake.

308: Using Enhanced Time Rate to throw dozens of knives in one second while wearing a maid uniform is now forbidden.

309: No matter how clever I may be, copying characters from Touhou Project is forbidden. This rule overrules rule 305.

310: Copying attacks from the same series is forbidden too.

311: Pulling names from Touhou Project is equally forbidden.
