Hi, in new or used condition (so long as the car counters and turning key are intact) I'm interested in buying two of the 5th Ed. Div 5 of 15 books.

Division 5 Set 1
Division 15 Set 3

If you need a 5e turning key or half-scale 5e counters, SPARK has free ones you can print. They look ok on cardstock.

I just picked up division 5 1 thru 3, ten 1 thru 3, and 15 one thru 3, along with the first arena guide and the first div. 5 vehicle guide, all for 5 bucks.

I see now that they are 5th edition rules, but the counters and such are still good for the 2e edition right?

And are these hard to come by, or did i get a pretty average price for them?

2e is on a 1" is 15' scale and 5e is on a 1" is 5' scale, so they aren't compatible.

Also, there is no design system in 5e Car Wars. . .

I have the 5e arena guide because it's a photocopy or draw out guide anyway and you just make the map scale work for 2e.

5 bucks each is cheaper than retail price; 5 bucks for the lot would be a steal.

As noted, the St. Paul Area Road Knights, or SPARK, make counters for both versions you can download for free. . .

It's a mixed bag for playing at 3x CWC scale. CWC mine counters are the same size as spike counters, and both should be square, not round. CWC vehicle counters are a fixed size, where the CW5 counters vary based on the chassis size. Oil and Flaming Oil counters are correct for 3x CWC. Smoke you'd need to use two CW5 counter per CWC counter.

Unfortunately, we don't have 3x counters posted. (SPARK does have 3x turning keys.)

Since I don't have the appropriate 5e guide, could someone confirm for me that in 5e the VFRP (six-shooter) variable fire rocket pod does 2D per rocket (not 1D like the older versions) but you can still shoot up to 6 rockets per turn?
