Can't comment on the Hellraker, that's David Pulver's, not mine. But you're right about the Binding being off. I appear to have been using +50% for the value of Retractable in my own template in GCA, and not noticed when I wrote it out. Though by my math, the actual value would be 48 points, not 49, because Takes Recharge, 15 seconds is -20%, not -15%. I'll PM Steven Marsh and see about getting an errata fix issued.

-15% is what's in the issue. I copied and pasted to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'll fix it in my racial template.
