On Page 47 of Modern/Action I, the "Mini Cooper" is specified as "Mini Cooper (new)". Should I assume that old or second-hand mini coopers tend to have noticeably worse stats in a somewhat arbitrary fashion, given there's no corresponding "Mini Cooper (old)"?

Another question in the same vein: Would the car listed only as "Mini" be a reference to this one?
