Plus a little FATE.

Edited for additional detail: I rarely encounter any games other than those of my own group, and I have pretty much converted them entirely to GURPS.

In general, the most common games among the people I know are:

1. World of Darkness
2. Chronicle of Darkness
3. Scion
4. Savage Worlds
5. Exalted
6. D&D
7. Pathfinder
8. GURPS

It's all over the place, as I rarely play with people outside my group.

D&D 5e is the game I hear the most about.

For my group, well Stars Without Number (free but well-built sandbox science fiction OSR) was known by another player. The other old, experienced gamer in the group knows about many games. He used to be a big Shadowrun fan.

Me, I have GURPS in my top 5 games but have yet to run it for the group. I usually find GURPS to be better for mining ideas and for quick information than campaigns--players have to really think to make a GURPS character.

For me, replace rarely with never.

DnD 5E with my eldest and my niece, intermittently.

DnD 5e with the Friday Night Gaming Group, currently.

DnD 2E sees use by 2 DMs, Call of Cthulhu in various flavors for others, and a recent try of Powered by the Apocalypse that we felt was an interesting run.

All the kids at work seem to play 5ED of "that RPG" and look blank at the mention of anything else … I've sent them off to Seth Sorkowsky on YouTube.
