Does it cost 3 move or 4 move to go through a 3locked or 3hidden link?

Does it cost a move to pick up and drop items?

It costs 3 Move to go through a locked or hidden door link.

It costs no move to drop items, but 1 move to pick up Items. Note that if you Search the room, you may pick up items and gold from the floor along with any other Treasures or gold you may get from Searching.
