Fighting Two Monsters

If you fight two monsters, do you fight their combined levels or as two seperate monsters. i.e., if I am fighting two level 10 monsters at the same time in the same battle, do I fight them as a level 20 or as two level 10s?

You fight them as a Level 20 with combined bonuses and all of their dice at the same time. Yes, this means that fighting 2 of the bigger monsters at the same time can require some very big bonuses to defeat!

You fight them as a group. That means you combine their combat strengths and dice. The more Monsters, the harder it should be, no? Not a great way to collect tons of Treasure and Levels. . .

Let's say i fight two ore more monsters, and one of them ignores me, because of my level, or my sex. In this situation, i must fight all the monsters or the monsters that don't ignore me?

According to the rules, you can choose to fight Monsters that will ignore you, but if you do, you must Run Away from them. So, you don't have to fight any Monster that ignores you, but you may choose to do so.
