Re: The Unoffial 2056 Vehicle Guide
That was a weakness of mine. I used to design for fun, but not for optimization. Sure, I'd tweak it as tight as possible, but I had my concept first that I wouldn't throw out the window. The upside was that my opponents weren't all that great at optimizing (sometimes they had larger plants than they really needed), and I got a kick out of the way they had to look out for me because they never really knew what the heck I was going to have this time. (We didn't reveal anything until it went "blooey".)

The second best way to be a Ram-car and hit him on the side/ rear before he hits you. The other good way is to shoot out his tire at close range and watch him lose control and slam into a wall. |

The Hatchet looks very interesting. Have you ever used it in a duel?

Actually, I just noticed that the Hatchet has a problem: The CA for its engine needs to be 6 spaces to accommodate the engine, nitrous, and supercharger. Drop a couple points of armor, I guess. I'd also want to add a PFE -- just in case anyone gets smart and brings a pyro into a Div 40 event. |

Sheesh I feel like a newbie... but could someone explain the differences in the different divisions. Aside from the games I've played recently with my boys, I haven't played in 20 years.

The division numbers are how many thousands of dollars you have to build a car. (Division 20 = $20,000.)
