Default Time for a SuperTemps update

According to GURPS SuperTemps, Sea Hawk possesses the quirk "Claims she'll reveal her secret identity when the Seahawks win the Super Bowl".

Guess it's time for her to 'fess up.

I've been patiently waiting for YEARS to post this!

I guess "The Cub" will be revealing his identity this October?

Then Armageddon.

I wonder if she'd still be active after all this time. It's been 23 years or so since Supertemps came out.

No...she probably would have retired from active crime-fighting years ago. She is probably a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, though.

That might actually make it easier to pay up; after all, most of the people with a grudge against her are probably inactive too, so there won't be much risk in coming out and saying "Yeah, that was me."

Except that part of her activities involved busting up smuggling rings. If any of those were connected to a crime family or notable cartel, there could still be some institutional memory involved.

Bah. When's the last time you've ever heard of of an organized crime family wasting a bullet on a retired law enforcement officer no matter how inconvenient he used to be? Organized crime is a business and while they may take revenge on traitors from the organization, they don't go after outsiders who no longer pose a threat.

With her personality and background, she's not likely to have made hunter-type enemies, but I guess a lone crazy is a possibility.
