GURPS (illuminati/cthulhu) in NYC

hello internet!
i found a copy of GURPS Illuminati a while back and after drooling over the text, i decided it would be sweet to run an Illuminati game where cthulhu and other random hp lovecraft gods and tech show up in the game world. its taking place in a bizarro 1980s and expect a lot of weird stuff to happen.
I run an easy going game with a few friends mostly in bushwick BK but sometimes in Manhattan as well. we are a 420 friendly group, and we are all either in school or working. hopefully you wont mind bruce springsteen in the background while we emulate the 1980s.
im not super rules heavy in my games, but if people want me to use certain rules or what not, im open to suggestions!
