Wild Talent: Shapeshifting Spell

How would you price Wild Talent: Shapeshifting spell only?

I ask because it's simultaneously very limited but also quite potentially unlimited. I mean it's effectively Aspected: Magic with One-college only and not all spells of that college, but it's also open-ended to the number of animals the caster will be familiar with.
