Are clowns like sharks?
We are looking at the Clown Car card and it says “the monster now counts as a clown so other clowns can join the fight.”
Are clowns like sharks where you can throw down other clowns without a wondering monster? Caiti |

I'm pretty sure that was the intent, but I realized the rules for Clowns haven't been posted online yet, so I'll have to confirm that tomorrow when I'm back in the office. I'll also poke the web team to get that PDF and get it posted.

Wow! Thank you!! My kids and I have a game on hold right now. Their dad will be happy when we can finish it and put it away. PS: my kids are first and second grade and they are learning math AND reading. My first grader had a problem in class of not reading all the directions before trying problems. Munchkin is teaching him to read the WHOLE card!

I am almost certain the rules that came with the clown expansion states that they work the same, and the words "Clown" on the Clown cards is in the same spot as "Shark" is for the Shark cards, "Undead" for Undead cards, "Santa" for Santa cards, etc., so my friends and I have always played them like you would Shark or Undead cards.

I have the rule sheet in front of me. It says clearly any Clown may join any other Clown in combat without a Wandering Monster Card. Other monsters from other sets with Clown in their name counts as Clown (I've only come across three and two of them were Undead).
