Default Power the weird improvement through study

I am not sure wether I should post this in the product thread, but Powers: The weird has no part that describes improvement through study (like chinese elements and psionic campaign do).
Is this intentional?
What do you think about allowing dimensional control to be improved through study? While not allowing it for the other powers?

I don't see any reason you shouldn't apply such rules if you choose to. It really depends on whether your vision of your campaign world is one where people gain powers through training and self-discipline, or one where powers are unaccountable qualities of bizarre alien entities, or something in between.

Hey a response from the writer, always an honor!
You are right ofcouse, I will probably make only dimensional control trainable.
That said, its pretty clear that Chinese Elements are envisioned as learnable from training, thus I was asking out of curiosity if the omission of training rules from The Weird is intentional because you envisioned them as mostly non trainable, or intentionally left them mostly open for interpretation or maybe there was no space and their inclusion wasn't considered important enough or sth else?

Hopefully I am not overthinking this. In any case thanks for the response.
