Assistance Building A Queen

I have this base, and I am struggling to flesh out in depth what exactly I wish to do.

The Queen of the Faeries (Titania) is trying to re-establish herself back in the mortal realm after exile. She is slowly transforming an abandoned castle and surrounding grounds to reflect her castle and the needs she has.

The longer the PCs don't stumble upon her, the more full her effect of terraforming, and the more powerful her and her minions become.

She has the following template as a base.

Hi there,

I am not any kind of expert on fantasy games, but I think that you may want to add a really high level of Status (probably 8), and more than likely you could really use Reputation and Wealth too (this depends on if her reputation is good or bad, maybe she has multiple reputations... and you need to consider if she is personally wealthy or not). If she is some kind of an army commander, or she actually rules the government (apart from being the queen, which I see as little more than a title), you would actually want to set up some level of Rank (Administrative and Military) too, according to the Arithmetics of Rank (depending on the size of her kingdom) under the Social Engineering book.

I believe it indicates that this faerie queen is taking the role of a Servant of the Caster class in an instance of the Fuyuki Holy Grail War
as featured in the fate/stay night visual novel/media franchise. The abilities of Servants are traditionally given somewhat-arbitrary letter grades.

It's an internal campaign notation. As mentioned above it's a campaign set in the Fate universe.
