There is one interesting fossil showing that even homo erectus could see faces in objects. It's a naturally occurring rock with a classic smiley face that was taken far from its location of origin for no other obvious reason.

That seems like the closest existing disadvantage. The disorder seems distinct enough to deserve being treated as a unique trait. Dunno what value is best to assign to it... my initial guess is that as a purely social disorder that would not keep the individual from functioning normally otherwise, -5 pts ought to be a good base.

Maybe this is too simple a solution but there is a Perk where people can have a face that just blends in.
What is the character is affected by every one as if they all had that Perk? I guess that is how it can work but how much that would cost is beyond me.
