Default Old School Monsters Creature Cards

Since the Creature Cards for the Old School Monsters book have "breached" the cost barrier with colored ink on them (the tabs on the right-hand side), could one side of the card have a full-color illustration of the monster on it? Currently that side is reserved for notes, but it would be helpful to have an unlabeled picture to show the players at the start of combat, keeping the stats on their own side. I am not familiar with the economics of publishing, so this may not be feasible.

It isn't just printing; color illustrations wild drive up the artists' fees, too.

I'm no artist, but I'm pretty sure you just hit the "Colorize" button on Photoshop or something.

I think monochrome is kinda TFT's jam. It keeps things old school.

Agreed; I like the fact that the artwork on the cards has a similar look as that in the core books, adventures, counters and tiles. It would be a bit off-putting if one of those had a radically different approach to artwork than the others.
