Transer FP to Others

Is there a way to do this? The scenario I'm picturing is like a shot of psychic adrenaline or the like. I spend X number of my FP and you get Y number to use immediately.

Currently, I'm thinking I'm going to have to build it but I was wondering if Magic or another book might have a way I could plagia, errr....model.

Magic has Lend Energy and there are variations on Healing that I have seen for FP.

Assume that I have to buy Magic, because I do.

The variations you've seen on Healing, how were they done? The +20% Based on (Different Attribute) enhancement?

Another old thread suggests adding Affects Others onto an ER. That's a pretty simple set-up.

As for Affects Others I prefer Dedicated Controls, which just happens to cost the same as the Temporary Enhancement Technique discussed in that thread.
