Bastion Bulwark, The Ranker (IC)
You spent most of your life training and fighting. Finally your chance to join the ranks have come, but before you start your life journey to become top rank you must get your first rank. You enter the arena in the city called Vitamythos. It is fairly big, and empty. You can barely make out a few figures sitting on the benches in what looks like a noble sections.
You stand in the designated area with shields in hand. They are not your normal shields, but they are of the same make. A large shield and buckler with a bladed rim, both made of pure metal yet weigh no more than normal. You are the first to come into the arena with such a selection. The arena walls are a good 70 paces from where you stand. The fight will last till you fall or give up, or you defeat all 10 opponents. As you ready and take a breath a bell rings loud starting the test. 4 figures appear a good 30 paces from you in front of you, they glow with a blue light. Each has a sword and shield in hand. You may go first, Bulwark. |

Bastion evaluates the battlefield (Roll vs. Tactics) and moves toward favored terrain if any is to be found, Otherwise, He will move toward the opponents.

Bastion takes a step toward his opponents and stretches his shoulders as he takes aim on the center most opponent. He considers his options and decides to imbue the coming blow with Returning Weapon and Multi-Shot.

Bastion lets the eldrich energy flow into the metal of his shield...and heaves his buckler forth and lets it fly! On releasing the buckler, he steps back.
Imbuements used for the attack: Returning Weapon @ (13, +2 for Aim) 15 Multi-Shot @ (13, +2 for Aim, -5 to reduce fatigue) 10 Maneuver: Step and Attack Thrown Weapon Shield @ (14, +1 Weapon Quality (If these weapons are balanced), -3 for range, +3 for Aim (I am assuming ACC 2 as a Discus) 15 Damage is 2d+4 (Cut) Last edited by the_matrix_walker; 11-29-2013 at 10:50 PM. As the shield fly's towards the target, it splits into two. The target managed to duck under the first shield but not the second, sending its arm flying. The shield fuses back into one and returned to your hand. It stumbles to the ground from the blow and vanishes. They are now only 2 paces away

Bastion moves forward and raises his large shield and slams the opponent on the end (He just took out one of the middle ones and is now targeting the one on the end) and turns on his heel to face the group, and charges his shield with Vengeful Defense for the following round.
