I would like some clarification on some cards please. 1st, treasure card like (heart, courage) are permanent? and can they be played on opponents?
2nd, door cards like (Magical, and Fantastic) are they permanent and can they be played on opponents? Thanks

Heart and Courage and Brains are permanent, but stay with you. You cannot play them on opponents.

Magical and Fantastic, and other cards like those, are monster enhancers, and can only be played on monsters, whether it's a monster you're facing yourself, or any other monster that pops up.

Heart!, Courage!, and Brains! are not Items, and do not say when or on whom they can be played, so they can be played at any time on any player. The cards themselves say that once you have one in play, you never lose it, even after death, so the cards are permanent, even more so than just about anything else in the Munchkinverse.

Cards like Magical and Fantastic say that they give a bonus to a Monster, which means they fit the description of a Monster Enhancer (which as was already said, what those types of cards are called). They are only played on Monster cards during combat, and as the rules explain, they get discarded when that combat is over.
