Default Manifesto for the concept of a campaign prospectus

Is there are post on the forums or on a blog, or any other sort of article in which whswhs or anyone following his methods sets out more clearly than elsewhere the use of campaign prospectuses? If so, where? If not, might such a manifesto be posted somewhere accessible?

I don't recall if I've spelled out all the details in any post, but I'm willing to do so here if you like.

Thanks, there are some cool examples there. I tagged it "prospectus" for future reference.

But it's not quite what I'm asking for: a direct, explicit explanation that I can link to when I suggest to GMs that they use prospectuses so that they can find out quickly and exactly what I am recommending.

Wrote this a while back which is somewhat direct about why to use it:

I suspect the canonical answer is Bill's "Campaign Prospectuses" from Pyramid volume 2. Article number 5471, 1 July 2005.

That's a very plausible suggestion, but Pyramid vol. 2 isn't on-line any more, and was visible only to subscribers when it was. So it's not readily accessible. I would like something I could provide a link to to explain the concept and use of prospectuses when I recommend it.
