I'm working on a Bwap conversion for GURPS Traveller -- they're famous for their attention to detail and love of records and rules, which makes them the best Administrators in the known universe. They're rarely innovators, but make great lab researchers and paralegals -- if the best way to find a bit of information is to interview every person in an office building, or read every single book on precedents in a library, a Bwap will happily get to work doing so. While 3E treated this as a simple Administration bonus, it just begs to be made a Talent. What do you think?

Red Tape Dispenser: Your greatest love is the three Rs -- rules, regulations, and research -- the grease that truly keeps the world turning. Accounting, Administration, Heraldry, Law, Research, Savoir-Faire. You receive a reaction bonus from bureaucrats, rules lawyers, and compulsively anal types. 5 points/level.

Which is cinematic, and thus not usable in a realistic campaign. Hell, even in our 1,000 point character campaigns, we never used the Bang! skills.
