Difference cards in play and cards sideways
Hi
We had a discussion about the cards laying sideways and cards in play. Is it allowed to take a card in play and put it sideways? And is it allowed to switch a card in play with a card laying sideways ? |

Quote:
Any item unequipped or otherwise carried can be placed sideways and they do not count toward your combat strength. As long as you are not in combat, you can unequip one item and equip a carried item in its place, but all of these cards still count as "in play" Note: only ITEMS can be put in play sideways or "carried". You can not do this with non-item cards. (An item is anything with a gold piece value) |

Re: Difference cards in play and cards sideways
In Marvel, there's a card that says if Captain America is in play, do this...
Does that mean if he is in play anywhere on the table (by any player), or does it mean if he's in play by the person/people fighting? |

Re: Difference cards in play and cards sideways
If it just says "in play" that means face-up on the table in front of anyone.
If the card just meant "in play" for the targeted player, it would say "If Captain America is your Ally, ...." Last edited by Nobunga; 09-14-2018 at 09:44 AM. Reason: Fixing grammar and word choices |
