Autographed 19th printing

Newbie here. Sorry if this info has been posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find it. I'm wondering if someone can tell me how (if possible) to get in the running for the autographed 19th edition that was featured in the video clip that was on the front page for the past few days. That would be really cool to have! Thanks!
