Neophyte of Haagenti Template? (GURPS)

Does anyone have a template for a neophyte of Haagenti? I'm having difficulty converting into GURPS the ability to devour buildings.

I assume you mean the Devour Attunement? If so, then G:IN has it at 15 pts, with essentially the same flavour text as the core books. In 4e, it would be universal Digestion with the Matter eater enhancement, but I don't know the point cost, as that enhancement is in Powers, which I don't have.
