Cost of Clerical Services?
Is there a list of costs for various clerical services? If the PCs come back and their priest happens to no longer be alive, how much can PC expect to pay for some various services like:
Awaken Minor Healing Cure Disease Major Healing Neutralize Poison Restore Memory Cleansing (I assume more for a for major wound) Regeneration Remove Curse Instant Restoration Instant Regeneration Resurrection Instant Neutralize Poison Dispel Possession Stone to Flesh Restoration Great Healing

Re: Cost of Clerical Services?
Most (maybe all) of these are covered under Yes, The Temple Is Open! (Exploits, p. 62). If any aren't covered, you can probably extrapolate from there.

Seen that way, I think the costs for the spells are pretty obvious and simple – but a couple that Jeminal lists are interesting. Like Restore Memory: if the temple uses Remove Curse to lift magical memory loss, that's $100, but if it's a more mundane loss (including "I just can't remember") that would use Restore Memory, the cost isn't clear. Maybe there should be a "Cure mental affliction" category at $75 or so, with the proviso that it cures only minor or temporary afflictions (i.e., not mental disads). The Cleansing spell, too: It's not crystal clear where this would fall. . . . but then again, "Cure physical affliction ($50)" looks perfectly fine to me. Presumably for any level of Cleansing. Which brings up a separate question: Assuming the local Wizard's Guild and Druid Circle (?) offer spell services, what do they charge? Is that covered somewhere?

I prefer this list to the other prices given in DFRPG http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=58419 |

FWIW, those low outpatient prices seem sensible to me as what the wizards would consider their cost; I'd definitely have them charge more. That is, these are wizards – wielders of miraculous gifts gained through rare talent (super-rare for higher levels of Magery) and spells, each one as difficult as a field of academic study! I can't imagine them actually seeing patients, hearing out the request or diagnosing the problem, and performing the magical procedure, all for $1 or $5 or the other tiny fees listed. Easy enough to change, if desired: Have them tack on $10, or $100 in a high-priced market, for each outpatient case. Round to the nearest $5 for simplicity. (That said, caveats apply: Those prices are of course only suggestions, and are intended for DF, not necessarily DFRPG. And some wizards might provide the services at cost for reasons of benevolence, or as PR, or as training for the junior wizards performing the services, or for wizardly reasons we can't understand. No quibble with anyone who wants to charge the prices as listed.) Anyway. Thanks again for the link, and to Kromm for the info therein. It answers my earlier question about what wizards might charge for spellcastings (and, using the same method, druids as well).
