How do you use Memetics?

I'm familiar with the use and abuse of the Memetics skill from Transhuman space, as far as that goes, but do any of you guys have houserules or suggestions on expanding the presence of memes in the gaming arena?

Have you read the discussion of it in, I believe, Toxic Memes? It much expands on the skill definition in the core book.
