Yay! ...till they discover that the person in question may have emotional investment in believing the untruth, and then you get a really upset Seraph again.)
That is why God created Elohim.

IIRC, once on it stays on for a while, so there's also that. You might resonate a toddler's babbling, give them what they were looking for, and a few minutes later someone comes up and lies to you and you can't avoid hearing it.
Not to quibble, but IIRC, to maintain rule balance, the rules say they can only focus on 'one person at a time'. It was considered an Nasty GM trick to have a Seraph turn on his attunement to listen to Bob...but have Harvey speak up first, and thereby ruin his attempt to gloam on Bob for CD minutes.

Here is a way to sort of modify the rules slightly:

Give all Seraphs a free 'Celestial Forces' level in Detect Lies skill. The GM can therefore roll the dice and give him access to 'information' from a flavor standpoint without constantly giving 'Celestial Quality' Truthiness if an unfortunate CD of 6 shows up.

Thanks, this all helps a fair bit. Good thing I was already thinking along the lines of 'stoic/masochistic Davidian Seraph cameraman.'

At least local reporting should deal with facts a good chunk of the time. I think any Seraph watching cable would have its' head explode, or the angelic equivalent (forces back into the symphony I guess)
