Statting a magical hut
Inspired by my initial reading of huffmuffin9's thread title, how would folks go about statting something like Baba Yaga's hut?
I haven't time to put together a proper statblock for my thoughts just now, but Payload is an obvious one. |

A building I've always wanted to stat up comes from an old CoC adventure. The party is investigating an old mansion (I forget why) and they end up checking out the toolshed in the garden. The Gm reads the boxed text "Blah, blah, size, old rusty tolls, etc" and then accidentally reads the unboxed text of which was only one line: "Nothing bad ever happens in the tool shed".
So the party used it as an 'escape' clause, when things got bad, they retreated to the tool shed, safe in the knowledge that "nothing bad ever happens in the toolshed". At the end of the adventure they stole the shed and mounted it on the top of their station wagon... and nothing bad ever happened in the toolshed. I've always wondered how to stat up such a shed of safety. |

Isn't there a Pyramid article along the lines of "Lord of Your Own Domain?" Pretty sure that would cover this.

Actually her hut has been statted up at least twice in GURPS.
GURPS Russia was third edition but would mostly be the same, except for point costs. Another time was based on the Spaceships line and was either in Pyramid or the Divergent tech supplement.

GURPS Russia contains no actual stats for the hut, only a brief description.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a suggestion on the forums which applies the "External, -50%" modifier to the Jumper (Pocket Universe) advantage from that article to allow it to function as a house or tent or something (in the same way you can have Payload with External).
