Default Cotion of Ponfusion and Raincoat

is cotion a potion?
after a long debate over 'deliberately mispelled because it isnt', raincoat eventually didnt block it
oh and lemming juice was blocked
were these right?

Yes, both of those should be blocked by the raincoat... i believe the line is "if it's looking like a liquid, or intended to be a liquid, it's blocked by your awesome raincoat"

It sounds like you and your friends were confused by the Potion of Confusion, or as the card reads the "Cotion of Ponfusion".

I say it is a potion and therefore the raincoat blocks it.

A. Yes. If it's a liquid in a container, it can be considered a potion. (But note that other types of one-shot items, such as Grenades and Ichors, must include that specific word! Potions are special. Also note that Ichors aren't Potions and Potions aren't Ichors.)
The Cotion is liquid in a container, it's not an Ichor and not a Grenade. Therefore it is "considered a potion."
