Munchkin Warhammer "You've Been Volunteered" questions
We just finished our first session of Munchkin Warhammer 40000 at my FLGS and we had four questions. One was answered back in February, the other I'll send in a separate thread, and two relate to the "Curse! You've been Volunteered!" card.
1. The victim of the curse was forced to help without asking for a reward. However, another player ended the fight with "Disappeared Into the Great Rift," which states that the helper gets a treasure. As the present MIB I ruled that the Great Rift card took precedence and that both players got a Treasure card, but the original helper argued that since the "Volunteered" card said the helper couldn't ask for a treasure that he should get to keep both. Who was right? 2. Can an an Aeldari use the Perfidious ability to back out of a fight when he/she was forced to help by the "Curse! You've Been Volunteered" card? If so, does the curse simply end at that point? |
