Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Book, PDF, extra book for a present for a nephew, and a player's pack. Someday I might get round to playing DFRPG as such.

Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Is there a way to buy a second PDF as an add-on? A friend would like to combine shipping with my order, since it tends to be expensive to the UK.

Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Sorry, wasn't clear. He wants print and PDF. An extra print copy is easy as an add-on, but I can't find a way to add on an extra PDF.

Not trying to be a nudge. Kickstarter, Backerkit, and whatnot can be a tetch weird with digital stuff.

Strangely, I'm willing to bet that my percentage is higher for the Pyramids I've bought. |

Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Answer fuzzy. I can definitely say that I've never played DF-as-DF, or Monster Hunters with that set of templates. But Adaptions isn't something that you can play, although it can improve an existing campaign, or inspire a new one. Pulp Guns has had a large influence on one campaign, but only because it offered solutions to problems the PCs were suffering. Books I don't "play" still yield ideas for games I run.

Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Yeah... there may be things I pull from some books, but even when I'm running I don't "play from" Action 2 Exploits despite it being fairly foundational to my playstyle.
Like the pdf never gets broken out because those rules are in my House Rules list. But if I had to say how many books I've pulled from? Probably about 10%. Less so from Pyramid. But mostly because I'm not running that many different games, so no need to pull out sci-fi stuff in a DF game, or DF stuff in an AtE game...* * I am far more likely to break out DF monsters for an AtE game though... |

Re: Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2
Outright play? Very few. Using parts of in some way? The vast majority. Used as inspiration, either for different purposes than originally written or even in other systems? Almost all of them!
