Re: Pocket Box Games - January 30
Honestly, I'm not sure how I missed it. I was already buying SJG's games by then. Oh, well. I hope to be able to correct the oversight all these years later. :)

I'm in for a copy of Battlesuit (and Necromancer, if that happens).

Re: Pocket Box Games - January 30
Incredible. Bringing back Battlesuit in the first round is a classy move, too - I have always considered it an unsung hero of the SJG canon.
I've even, at times, considered doing it in miniatures.

Re: Pocket Box Games - January 30
For those wondering, here's the full list of SJ Games pocket box and bagged games/supplements from the period. Those in bold are already part of this project (at least as stretch goals as of this writing).
Pocket Box Games: Raid on Iran, One-Page Bulge, Kung Fu 2100, Undead, Car Wars, Illuminati, Ogre, GEV, Battlesuit, Necromancer, The Awful Green Things From Outer Space Pocket Box Supplements: Illuminati Expansion #1, Illuminati Expansion #2, Truck Stop, Sunday Drivers/Crash City, Boat Wars Bagged Supplements: Car Wars Expansion #1 (Extra Road Sections), Car Wars Expansion #2 (Extra Counters), Car Wars Expansion #3 (East Midville), Car Wars Expansion #4 (Armadillo Arena), Car Wars Expansion #5 (Double Arena), Car Wars Expansion #6 (AADA Vehicle Guide Counters), Car Wars Expansion #9 (Muskogee Fairgrounds Arena), AADA Vehicle Guide 2 Counters, Illuminati Expansion #3 (AKA Brainwash), Ogre Shockwave, Ogre Reinforcement Pack Digest-Sized Books: AADA Vehicle Guide, AADA Vehicle Guide 2, Combat Showcase, Convoy, Uncle Al's 2035 Catalog, Uncle Al's 2036 Catalog Update, Uncle Al's 2038 Catalog Update, Uncle Al's 2039 Catalog Update Ogre Battlefields is a 2000-era release that thematically would fit in, but could cause confusion with the upcoming big-box expansion of the same name. Melee/Wizard is already in production as a combined Pocket Box edition, and the two Death Test adventures would similarly be appropriate if they weren't being re-released soon in a different format. Keep in mind that aside from Ogre, GEV, Melee, and Wizard, all other Metagaming properties remain the copyright of that company. Even if their owners suddenly reappeared from the ether and gave them to SJ Games, I doubt there's enough time to recreate their files for the factory. Anyway, they didn't come in Pocket Boxes. Oh, and one big request: if this project does get to the point of reprinting Illuminati Expansion #3, could you all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the corrected "Brainwash" board? Thank you!

Re: Pocket Box Games - January 30
I'm in for everything. I just bumped my pledge to the $200 level and added $20 for empty boxes (to store my old plastic-baggy versions of Ogre, GEV, and Illuminati).

Re: Pocket Box Games - January 30
SJ Games never published those in bags. Methinks someone might've kept the old Pocket Boxes for their own purposes. ;)
