Are Orks treated the same as orcs?

for the purposes of blending, are orks from munchkin 40K able to use orc only items and vice versa or not?

In addition to my somewhat glib answer before, Orcs and Orks have different abilities (although they share one). They're intended to be different creatures, although with obvious similarities. And yes, this means in a combined Munchkin/Munchkin Warhammer 40,000 game, you could have an Orc Ork.

There's another card that ALSO shares that power. You haven't seen it yet. You will, very soon.
