Curst be he that moves my bones v. First Folio
My husband, roommates, and I had a long extensive debate on how to handle these two cards. First Folio plays during combat and if the munchkin wins, the one who played the card gets first pick of the treasures dealt and the winning munchkin gets the remaining treasures. However, Curst be he that moves my bones makes the winning munchkin choose between getting treasures and not leveling or leveling and not getting treasures.
My question is, does the munchkin that played First Folio still get their treasure even if the winning munchkin chooses to gain a level instead of getting treasures? |

He gets the first pick of all the Treasures drawn, which in the case you describe, would be a pick from no Treasures at all.
