Default Problem processing order

Hello,

I put everything into a W23 order, but it keeps saying that there was a problem processing the order. I called my credit card company to see what was going on, and they said they hadn't declined anything. What's up with that?

I had a similar problem with several PDFs. I entered my info again exactly as I'd entered it before and then my order got processed.

FWIW the problem with your order banner could be more specific. I mean, is the problem with the ccard or other info?

I had that problem as well. I thought it might be a matter of the data stored in the database, so I deleted the card I had stored and re-entered it as though it were a new card. That worked.

I can't guarantee it will work in your case, but it might be worth a try.

It's worked for me every time.

Thanks for the suggestions. I re-entered my credit card as suggested and was successful.
