I've been considering moving some of the PDFs I want away from the Kickstarter and buying them from W23 since the money will still count but I will get them much quicker; maybe other people are having similar thoughts?

That could be! I hadn't thought of that, since I'm in at the "I want it all!!!" level, but it would make sense for those who just added some PDFs on to their game or game+screen order.

If/when the 130K level is hit, will there be an announcement of what the pdf will be? Or is that still TBD?

IIRC, there was a question about whether it was going to be another adventure or a catalogue of magic items.

Based on the most recent update, they're not going to decide what it is until after $130k is reached: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects.../posts/1686286

Presumably, this means that they'll announce at the same time the stretch goal is reached. Looking over the votes, it seems like the first stretch goal pdf will be Dungeon 2, with Magic Items coming as the second stretch goal pdf.

Hopefully, we'll get hints on what pdf #3 might be soon.

I thought that on Kickstarter you can't reduce your pledge it it would bring a project below the funded level, but I don't remember where I got that information from.
