Think about a Half-Ogre Knight with ST 19, plus Striking ST 2 (hence effective ST 21 to damage purpose) and Weapon Master (Zweihander) with a SM+1 Zweihander.

Basic Swing Damage: 4d-1
SM+1 Zweihander: Swg+9 (Min. ST. 21!)
Weapon Master damage bônus: +8

Total damage: 4d+16 cutting.

And your Two-handed Sword will be 21 (DX+7) or 22 if you have Weapon Bond.

Maybe already been asked, but in a hurry, so didn't bother to check :P Yeah, I'm going to hell...

Where is the Mystic Knight material the OP referred to located?
Thanks in advance!

What about a perk
"Sword Parry counts as Shield Block for Imbuements" or
"Sword can be used as Shield" or
"Can use <Shield-Imbuement-Skill> with <specific weapon>"

Zweihander is an excelent weapon. Being a fencing weapon gives +3 on retreat, which is awesome. However, it also takes encumbrance penalties, hence penalties to attack and parry. That's really bad because a well-equiped DF Knight (or Mystic Knight) probably will have (or at least desire) a heavy armor. Therefore, being a fencing weapon makes a case against the Zweihander.

And if you have Gigantism, things get worse since armor weight doubles!

This is why there are things like the leveled perk Armor Familiarity (Zweihander), 1 point per each -1 encumbrance penalty bought off...

Sure! However, in DF rules, Armor familiarity is a perk exclusive to Swashbucklers, according to DF 11.

And if you're fencing with a Zweihander, well then you're a Swashbuckler too!

*grin*

Despite the fact that the Zweihander is a fencing weapon, I don't think it suits a Swashbuckler because its a heavy weapon, which fits completely the DF's Knights with Two-Handed Sword skill in full plate. And this is a problem, as I said, because the Armor Familiarity perk is a exclusive Power-up to Swashbucklers.
