The problem with Hindrance is that it specifically prevents healing, which I don't want to do. She needs to be perfectly healed and whole by dawn, even if she was physically destroyed during the night (-10X HP).

Reading back over Nocturnal, I really think it covers the "dead during the day" aspect fine. There doesn't seem to be any way to wake the character up, or effect the world in any other way. That combined with her Supernatural Features means that, apart from healing, she's absolutely dead from sunset to sunrise.

Really her one major weakness is that if an enemy discovers the location of her grave, he can dig her up and restrain her, and then have her killed at sunset, every night, forever. Which is enough of a threat to justify downgrading to Unkillable 2 (and keeping the Teleport), and giving her a Secret (or secret identity) disadvantage to justify her need to protect its location.

Here's my write-up of a high-end Superman-analog:

The Universe

The Universe's origins are somewhat mysterious, is believed be a personification of the Cosmos itself. It is not quite omnipotent, but it's close. The feats enabled by Modular Abilities (Cosmic Power) include FTL and time travel (Warp or Jumper, with "Must move at full move, -30%").

The Universe could be used as a PC in a very high-powered campaign, but might not work well on a team due to the generic nature of its powers. It's real purposes is to serve as an NPC, mostly just to create a sense that the PCs are not at the top of the food chain, but if necessary to be invoked as a tool for the GM to avert otherwise certain disaster or reign in rogue PCs. With countless inhabited planets to worry about, though, The Universe can't do this too often! The Universe might also serve as a Patron to one or all of the PCs.

Alternatively, different disadvantages would allow The Universe to serve as a villain cast in the mold of various Superman-inspired villains, such as Irredeemable's Plutonian or the Marvel Universe's Void. In this role, using Modular Abilities to access Imbue and Shockwave (Unarmed) allows it to level entire cities with frightening ease.
