Huge Weapons Perk or bonus to ST only to meet MinST requirements
Is there any way I can model a +1 or +2* bonus to ST, only for the purposes of meeting Minimum ST requiremrnts for weapons and so it would not increase listed damage with any given weapon? With my minimal knowledge of GCA, the only thing I can figure out would be to manually reduce MinST for every weapon it is meant to apply to, but that would mean that the weapon stats appeared wrong, of course.
*Well, or any bonus, really, though the Huge Weapon Perks only comes in two levels.

MinST requirements are fulfilled entirely by Striking ST, and this is basically hard coded into GCA. There's really no way you can easily alter that. (now, if we had enough forethought, we might have just created a MinST attribute, which we could have linked the value to Striking ST, but which could then easily be user modified. But we didn't have that kind of forethought).
Your best bet is to create a modifier which gets applied to all weapons, effectively reducing their MinST value. This would effectively be the same as manually setting the MinST value, but would be far easier, as you can apply the modifier to one weapon then Copy/Paste it through the right-click menu to all the other weapons. [MODIFIERS] <_General> MinST Adjustment, 0/0, gives(-1 to owner::minst) Or alternatively: MinST Adjustment, 0, gives(-"PE:Huge Weapon" to owner::minst) The later assumes that the name of the Perk you create is called "Huge Weapon" which, of course, you could actually set to whatever you desire.

Awww, now I'm sad.
Either I accept an incorrect ST listing appearing on the weapon stat lines or an incorrect Skill listing.

Yeah, the third option is playing with stbasedon() but that will adjust the base used to calculate damage as well, which would get you a correct skill and a correct MinST listing, but incorrect damage.
You currently can choose one of many things to be wrong :) EDIT: another option is for the offending weapon(s) to give an offsetting skill bonus.

It could still be done, because you can give a different skill bonus to each mode of a weapon. The problem is the modifier to parse out all of the variables at play and figure out the correct bonus, if any, would be a very complex.
