Default Charisma bonus for morality in DF

I am wondering how you would price having a bonus to charisma towards those who share your moral views. I want to have a leadership bonus for evil things including undead for players who gain this advantage. Evil creatures would see evil within this person and want to follow him because of his appearance of power. I think that truly good guys would react strongly negative towards this guy probably at a penalty equal to the bonus gained by the bonus towards evil things. Would this just cancell out or would it be an advantage? Thanks.

How about:
Positive Reputation 3 [Good People, Always]
Negative Reputation 3 [Evil People, Always]

Actually, I think Moriarty would have a charisma penalty not a bonus.

I believe it is Typonese for "Morality".

Also, I'm not at all convinced that all undead are evil, in any useful sense of the word. Does GURPS DF RAW has an official stance on the issue?

Not really. "Unholy" clerics and holy warriors get Excommunicated (and it's an option for wizards).

Many traits that relate to "morality" already have built in reaction modifiers (FREX, Honesty, Charitable, Sadism, Disciplines of Faith, and so on) I'd recommend just using those.

In GURPS Dungeon Fantasy, "undead" is strictly a monster class while "truly evil" is a moral qualifier that can be tacked onto anything. These labels don't have to occur together; neither implies the other. Check out the horde zombie on pp. 24-25 of DF 2 for an example of undead that aren't truly evil.
