Vapulans without Word Dissonance

I just chanced to notice that Creationers aren't the only Celestials without Word Dissonance. Vapulan Dissonance conditions state that Demons cannot let their Attunement artifacts fall into human hands, but Balseraphim and Lilim of Vapula don't get any toy with their Attunement. For that matter, Shedim of Vapula get a bonus to possess a human using their special laptop, but gain dissonance for allowing a human to have it in the first place.

Hmmm. Interesting point. As far as the Shedim, I would note that the dissonance is for letting an infernal artifact "fall into human or angelic hands" -- or, to put it differently, to let it pass into human or angelic *control*. If all you're doing is using the laptop as bait for a trap, it's never really in the victim's control ... you're the one who allowed him to use it and you're the one taking him over the moment he does.

Of course, if you fail the attempt to possess him and he walks off with the artifact, you have a problem. :D

As far as the other Bands, not sure. Of course, Vapula's boys and girls are rarely without an artifact of some kind anyway, so maybe the dissonance applies for *any* infernal artifact they're given. (This would certainly fit the Djinns' obsessive nature and the Lilims' tendency to give nothing away for free.)

Anyone else have ideas?

Yes, Vapulans' Dissonance Condition applies to any Infernal artifact they receive.

Seconded. And I would extend the dissonance to cover as well letting infernal secrets and knowledge of import to fall into enemy hands. Even if he doesn't get the prototype, letting the Ofanite of Lightning spirit off with your schematics is not going to make Vapula happy.
