I have been GM'ing DQ since 1984 in my own world I created, since worldbuilding was the most ambitious task a GM could do in the early 1980's, which includes the Frontiers of Alusia. I and other experienced DQ GMs have been asking Steve Jackson for years regarding information of SPI's DQ Worldbuilding Supplement that Steve stated he finished. I do not have a copy, although Steve said he included the material he designed in GURPS, which was published after SPI lost their property to TSR. I am not surprised that Eric Goldberg is still unofficially involved in supporting DQ, since Chris Klug is as well. If you find a copy of this "lost manuscript" of DQ I would be ecstatic to read it.

Although TSR is indeed long gone, I was referring to then, not now.

I do not know if my comment contributed to Steve's decision to release this much desired supplement for DQ, partial that it is. If so I am glad. It is a treasure to GM's who have been running DQ, and still do, for many years. Several of us knew it was partially written, but had no access to it - until now.

Thank you Steve Jackson and Eric Goldberg

That is a fantastic find! One thing to note is that the flood was at SJ's house, not the office.

Edit: WHOA! 300+ pages! This is beyond awesome. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Easy mistake to make, since BOTH had floods about nine months apart. The office flood was WAY less destructive than the flood at Steve's house.

The whole house was a loss, right? Damn shame. I liked that place.

Pretty much the whole neighborhood was a loss. A few people who were at the farthest edges from the creek might have been able to keep their homes, but the city pretty much bought out everyone else.

Ah, I see. I knew it was from a flood and just assumed it was the one that hit the office. If I have reason to update the PDF, I'll fix that.
