Yes, but that bonus would act similar to DB where if you succeed because of it, the attack goes for the arm.

I could see that. I'm not fully advocating for this rule since I haven't put much thought into figuring out how to implement "I defend for the purposes of changing the attacker's target instead of stopping the attack" entirely.
