Roving Eyes (You always check out members of the opposite sex when they pass by. Your call whether or not you're obvious about it.)
Make me! (Your stock response to those who would order you around -- you don't do blind obedience!)

These should be self-explanatory:
- Hopeless romantic.
- Always has to have the last word.

Once again, you've read my personal character sheet. The good thing is my girlfriend always wants to know who I'm looking at so she can check her out, too...lol

Same here, though my love muffin and I have wildly different tastes. She says I love "horse faces", and I think she's a chubby triangular face lover.
I have an uncle that is incapable of not being obvious about it. He would often point out women that I saw, but simply didn't make a cartoon googly face at.

I would say that not being obvious isn't even a quirk. It's simple sexuality.

I wouldn't say that. While I'm decidedly not an asexual person, I seldom—almost never—notice people in such a fashion unless someone specifically draws my attention to that.

Of course, maybe I'm the one with the quirk.

I don't know that 'notices but doesn't necessarily react' would be a quirk, because while in theory it involves your character doing something, in terms of effective activity it doesn't require anything more than 'wears black' does.

Not noticing is closer to quirk-worthy, because at least it might occasionally result in an interesting action. Still kind of passive, though.

Might be a perk: Standard Operating Procedure (Automatic Observation rolls on any members of the sex I'm attracted to.)

On the other hand, "not obvious about it" is not synonymous with "undetectable", just because you're not obvious doesn't mean you won't be noticed. (I say from personal experience.)

Animalistic The more frivolous aspects of human society don't impress you much. Mechanically, you are creeped out by people who have Frightens Animals, readable to people who have Animal Emapthy, etc.

My mother always said, "You stop looking when you're dead." And, yes, my MOTHER actually says that...lol

Big Eyes, Small Mouth. You have facial proportions like those of a japanese cartoon character. Attacks to your eyes get +1 to hit, while those to the rest of your face get -1.

There's a Ukrainian model named Masha Tyelna who's really like that.
