Jersey Devil card in munchkins legends

Hey! Recently finished up a game. Ultimately we decided a tie due to the uncertainty.
The red jersey monster takes fire items played by "munchkins" and adds them to himself. But we weren't sure if that means all players or just me. One way I win, the other I don't. Wondering if there's another perspective to define the meaning of the card. Possibly look up the card so you have the full context?

It means the fire/flame Items being used by the munchkins in the combat.
