[Spaceships] Watercraft Propulsion

One thing I felt was missing in Spaceships 7 and the recent GURPS Alternate edition of Pyramid were some unpowered options for watercraft.

The screw propeller is nice for modeling modern boats or with some kludging old steamboat propellers, but some options like oars, wind sails, etc. are missing.

I was curious if anyone had any suggestions to kludge these together, or if there might be some future addition to the Spaceships line. It already seems to be turning into a sort of Vehicles Lite now that you can model Land, Sea, Air, and Space craft with it. I just think the Sea portion is getting the raw end of the deal so far with lower tech levels.
